Hi! I would highly recommend doing the stretch DVD's. They are very important in the program, and also important in fitness. The body needs that stretch to recuperate and elongate those muscles. It's all part of recovery. I've done it every week in the program and it's truly worth the 25 minutes!! My recommendation is to please not skip it. Besides Shaun T wouldn't be too happy if he knew you were skipping the stretch. Haha.0
