Hey Everybody! I'm new to My Fitness Pal and to this group, however, this is not my first time doing New Rules. I originally started in 2011 and got halfway through Stage 2 before I got pregnant with my second child. I started back at the beginning last week, so I've only completed both workouts twice so far. I've lost about 32 pounds since the beginning of the year from doing Weight Watchers and jogging. This is the most I've ever lost at one time, consistently, and on my own. Anyway, I'm looking for a place to discuss all my NRLW woes and such. Today was a B day for me, which seems so much harder to me than the A day, with the exception of the jackknife. Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing my progress this time around. Hoping being more disciplined this time around will yield better results.
