Yesterday, I saw a good friend who I see often, but not daily. She looked at me, and said," Man! You look better, and better every time I see you! All that hard work is paying off keep it up girl!" I needed to hear that. It has been two weeks since I have been to the gym (between vacation, and getting back to work), and I had put 4lbs. back on. I was feeling a little blah about it. She gave me the little boost I needed, and let me know that I am probably the only one who has notice the 4 lb. difference.
