Looking for a Specific YouTube Video re Metabolism

Okay, my peeps, a long time ago now, someone in our group posted a short video about how metabolism works. I do not remember the name of the guy doing the presentation. What I do remember is that he used a really "high tech" way of presenting by coloring the tips of his pointer fingers with markers to demonstrate how the metabolism moves in response to increasing of deceasing calories. Does this description ring any bells and/or do any of you know the name of the guy I'm thinking of and/or where to find that video? I'd like to send a link to it to a friend. Thanks in advance for any help!

Pretty sure this time that it wasn't Chris Masterjohn. The guy doing the presenting had a bit of an accent.0 -

I saw one yesterday that had an accent...had a weird name to his program...was comparing to if he and his mate were same weight and body fat going in, mate lost 15 kg, mostly muscle, he lost 5 kg but it was nearly all fat loss, and how it differed, etc., but it didn't talk about calorie differences. He had a really nice accent. 0

LOL. No surprise. I actually sat and watched that whole video. I didn't understand a thing and thought fairly often that a snippet of it could somehow be turned into a great Saturday Night Live skit. I did hear a couple words near the end that I am familiar with: alcohol, nicotine (I swear he said nicotine) and cleavage. Somehow I don't think he's referring to what I know to be alcohol, nicotine and cleavage.2 -
