Hi has anyone had success with using keto to treat fibromyalgia. I read some research to suggest it may help. I am lucky in that i can just about manage to work out and am stumbling through life but i want so much more for myself. Anyone got any experience. Started keto at midnight on the 28th so far so good.

Hi Joy, I have fibromyalgia and I've been on the Ketogenic diet for 6 weeks, I'm definitely feeling less pain!

Yes. It seems to be working! I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 15 yrs ago. Eliminating carbohydrates from my diet has seemed to really help. (Also, little dairy, no legumes) This is a great relief to me. I have been strictly following Keto for 5 weeks and the pain is definitely less. Finally, I have hope that I may be able to resume an active life. The weight loss may help with the pain, as well.
