    I KNOW!!! I still can't sit on toilet properly, but I'm going to attempt to at least do a few today.

    Tracey, I have a massive newfound respect for your quads and glutes - you must have buns of steel! JEALOUS!

    No buns of steel here, I guess all of the walking I have been doing has helped because usually after doing squats, I would be super sore for days. On days I feel the burn, I soak in the tub with 2 cups of epsom salt and it helps.

    Doing the squats in sets helps me as well.

    I did none yesterday - was still too sore. I am going to go to the back of the plane and do some on my flight. Should help with the giant cankles I always get on long haul flights too!!

    It seems like it takes about 2-days after going overboard and then you get really sore. We should all ease into these things to avoid that!

    I haven't gotten the major soreness I usually get when doing squats.

    I really gotta get on this - keep the butt high and tight LOL - I used to do 10-20 every time I used the bathroom at work, and I pee a LOT! LOL - Maybe I'll start doing that again.

    You might compromise some. I've always allowed some allowances for special things but you can't just go hog wild. Some is better than nothing. Good luck!

    Was really busy yesterday and only managed to pull off 75 squats. This weekend is going to be busy preparing for and celebrating my husband's 50th birthday. Not sure if I will get my squats in Today or tomorrow.

    Anyone who comes anywhere close to pulling off this challenge has really done something special.
    I would have needed a one week recovery after the first day.

    No squats today. Busy with church and my hubby's birthday celebration. Had a great time and lots of food. Looking forward to getting back to it on tomorrow.
