Ok my wrap up for the month.
I have maintained successfully this month. Right where I should be.
I have not found a class that works out for me at the fitness center, always some kind of conflict or it is something I have no interest in doing, so I have cleaned up the tv/workout room and set myself up so I can do a series of body weight exercises, dumbbells and areobic step are in place so I can start doing that again. I did this last winter when I didn't want to drive out in the snow, so should work now just as well. So nothing at the fitness center, but home workouts are possible again. Jessicasmithtv here I come again.

September wrap:
(1) I checked in every day except two, because of the High Holidays... but because that's a primo excuse I reset my counter as if I had made this every day.
(2) I met my 30 minute goal 14 out of 30 days; I walked 24 out of 30 days although 2 of those didn't get recorded because they fell on holidays...
I can do better but, it's really a lot better than August was! ~ Kathy1
