Keto, hormones, and emotions

Feeling discouraged. I've been doing keto for 43 days now and lost 9lbs but then started getting intense hunger and sugar/carb cravings, which I think is hormonal, but nonetheless intense. Now I'm gaining weight everyday. I'm up 2-3 lbs. I'm discouraged, tired of the keto foods, and irritated I can't have carbs. Super irritated. Grumpy. I pretty much want to cry. Any advice on how to keep going?

Get off of "keto" diet. Just make smart choices. Have fruits and veggies.0
