Hey guys! My name's Liv, and I've been a member of MFP before however had been a bit lazy recently. I'm 5"0 and weigh just below 8 stone which I think is a bit much, however I did do Irish dancing for 16 years and have developed muscle on my legs, which we all know weighs more, but not it's time to slim down. I just need some help, obviously I'm good at cardio, but what can I use to tone my upper arms? And to define my abs?
