I did weight watchers for a year or so, my work paid for it. I quit ww and now I'm on my own. The last 15 pounds to lose, will not budge! I'm trying to eat 1490 cal a day. I do crossfit and taekwondo. I'm paying for premium, so my plan is, if I have to pay for it maybe that will motivate me to be more successful!!!

    Stop "trying" to do 1490 and just DO 1490! :) It all comes down to motivation and holding yourself accountable. You have to keep the logging extra tight the closer you get to your goal!

    Have you calculated your TDEE to make sure MFP's recommendation sounds right? Are you logging everything, all the little bites, nibbles, olive oil in a pan, everything? Are you eating back 100% of exercise calories or only part?

    Hurray crossfit!! If you've been doing crossfit for more than 4 months, you've gained muscle. Trust me.
