Fat Fast

Can anyone give me some advice on Fat fasting? I have read through the "open forum" list and found a few things on intermittent fasting, but nothing about strictly fat fasting. I would like to give it a go beginning today, but I want to be safe about it, and I am not sure quite where to start. Is it only liquids with added fats (evoo, butter, coconut oil, avocado oil, walnut oil) or is it fatty foods, such as bacon, sausage etc... If there are links that would be awesome too.

I believe the site I Breathe, I'm Hungry (ibreatheimhungry.com) has some good advice. They focus on a egg fast as the most popular one, but I believe the main part is that 85%+ of calories must be solely from fat...2

If you don't like the one on I Breathe, I'm Hungry just type "Fat Fast" into a google search. Several came up on common keto websites like ketodietapp, ruled.me, Jimmy Moore's site etc.0

It is NOT only liquids with fat added. You will be eating 4-6 VERY small meals consisting mainly of fat since the goal on a fat fast is to get 90%(!!) of your caloris/energy for the day from fat. Although I've done a few fat fasts, here's a link to one that I haven't done (referring to their menu items here):
