Lots of exercise both 10/2 and 10/3. Family is still out of town so I've done some extra. Tracked and under calories.
I'm proud of my husband and daughter. they are volunteering for the week at Give kids the world resort in Orlando. It is the place where the families stay that are funded by the "Make a wish Foundation" with a terminally child to have a dream vacation.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, but only just. After staying in boarding for a night, the dogs did not fare well and didn’t want to walk their usual 3 miles. We walked 2 miles and I worked, which sometimes feels like a workout.
