    Had a bone density test today...found out I'm a inch and a half shorter than the last time I got measured years ago. I'm no longer on the tall-side. And I'm at the top of the weight chart for my new 5' 5.5" body!!! OMG!! I'm so depressed...hahahahah! That could be a joke...depressed...man! :s

    Now the work really begins...man! I just can't believe it. **sigh**

    bwahahahahh! de-pressed state!! :D We see our trainer this afternoon. I'll see what she has to say for my calories, etc. We didn't walk this morning. DH had vertigo on the night. Got to sleep until 7:00.

    Doc gave me the generic for Relafen 500 mg - Nabumetone, so I don't take all the ibuprofen I was taking. It's twice a day. Started it last night. We'll see...one of the side effects could be....dun, dun, dun...weight gain...ugh!!! However...the generic name has 'bum' and 'tone' in it, so...no weight gain for me, just a toned bum!!!! bwahahah!

    Out for our walk now then our trainer at 10:00 then shopping then making soup. A full Saturday. Have a good one, my friends!

    Chris I sure do hope it helps! Soft bones cannot be good. Noppity nope nope!

    I was also busy. Walked the kids in the rain. They did not care. Just wanted out. Libby Lou got a new do! Her hair is cut short and she has a sweater. So cute. :) Then cleaned the kitchen and changed the water in the observation tank. It has my rescue fish from Petco and the male red mandarin baby in it. :p He is really getting his color and is nice and fat! <3:smiley: I really love how the tanks are coming and all the fish are doing great.

    Rocky and I went for a walk in the mall. It was dry! Lol. Rocky gets his surgery on Wednesday. Not sure if I mentioned they moved his date up, ally. :)

    So nice to hear that your fish are doing well, and Rocky's surgery is imminent. Sure hope he feels better soon!
