Everyone says it, but just how do you do it? How do you take the guidelines of the WW program and turn them into a lifestyle you can live every day...from now on? That is what we are here to explore. Each weekday, a new topic is offered up for discussion. Newbie? Join in! Veteran? Join in! Your thoughts may be just what someone else needs to hear.

A good night's sleep. Well, a good night's sleep several nights in a row.
Walking.
Doing fun stuff that doesn't involve food.1 -
Tracking. Gotta start somewhere and for me, that's a better place than most since it quickly brings accountability front & center.
Mindfulness. The difference in how it feels to make choices that are consistent with my weight loss objectives compared to those that aren't are night and day. Without mindfulness, I don't give it a second thought.0 -
A good workout. One where I feel like I pushed myself. Always helps kick me back into gear.
A new fitness routine. Trying a new class or experimenting with a different routine.
Staying PERFECTLY on plan for a meal or two. How good eating correctly makes me feel always makes me want to continue.0 -
Getting outside in nature
Good quality sleep0 -
2 weeks? That's terrific.0

I definitely agree with good quality sleep! Sometimes even a nap will help to turn my mood around.
Workouts are definitely my second go to. To quote Legally Blonde, "Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people don't kill their husbands." It's my life motto lol.1 -
Getting my mind off the slump. Telling myself it's a new day the past is gone. Then go do what I know to do.
