Calorie Burned

Dear All,

I am doing 30 day Ripe in with 2 kg weight...n in between easy and tough moves...Currently i count it as 30 mins Aerobics..But most of it are strength exercises...How much calories should be counted?

Earlier i did 30 day shred where also i counted calories burned as 20 mins Aerobics.

Pls help. As i feel i m eating up my calories burned(which is wrong) and hence not losing weight.
