My 2-year Lifetime anniversary...

...was a week or two ago.
I've maintained between minus 75 to 80 over that timeframe and enjoyed all the benefits that come with it. I still amaze myself at all the things that used to be temptations that just don't hold the same appeal any more.
GOAD has been such a strong and positive leg of support on this path. So many helpful realities got me prepped for this "lifestyle":
--Persistence not perfection
--One day at a time
--Onward and downward
--Weight loss happens in the kitchen; toning happens in the gym
--Best exercise is "pushbacks" (away from the table, vending machine, etc.)
--and many more
Thanks all for continuing the trials, tribulations, accomplishments and insights over here on MFP.
Here's to year 3!
