    I have tried to tell you before that you were one of the biggest reasons I have "made it this far". Your honest, no BS approach was "annoying" to me at first BUT I did learn a lot about WL from you and many many other GoaDies.

    I know some of my Lessons Learned are directly attributable to you:
    1. WL is Simple (CICO) but NOT Easy
    2. List the reasons why you DON't want to try to lose weight.
    3. Don't make time based WL goals
    (WL is not linear)
    4. There is NO Finish Line.

    I think it was you who asked "Why do you want to get to Onederland?" Pointing out that nothing changes when you hit a "magic" number/goal/weight. You just have to keep doing the same things that got you there.

    I have 'heard' your mentions. And I appreciate them. Both as a point of personal pride and as a reflection of seeing somebody who actually was willing to absorb the information despite less than subtle protests to the contrary.
