    Started IF a week and half ago. Basically a fast of 19-5: eating window being dinner time basically because I wanna lose 75 lbs. lost 5lbs after week 1 yay and am adjusting to “true” hunger but Am having diarrhea each nite after the breaking (dinner). I have since been breaking fast with banana chips an hr ot two before dinner and it has helped a bit but still diarrhea. I chose this IF because I love food and want to be able to eat a crappy meal like pizza for dinner…. Please help
