You know me, I'm a big ole geek. I have two audible credits and am looking at:
Robb Wolf's
Wired to Eat: Turn Off Cravings, Rewire Your Appetite for Weight Loss, and Determine the Foods That Work for You
Has anyone read it?

I did. In fact, thanks for the reminder. I got it at the library and it is overdue. It was a decent read but really doesn't cover anything new or brilliant. With the book sitting in front of me the 1st few chapters are: 1) One Size Does Not Fit All, 2) It's Not Your Fault. 3)....Hyper-palatability of Food. Onward to digestion, glucose, genes, 6) Personalized Nutrition, 7) Paleo, 8) Pillars of Sleep, Community, Movement, 9) Cheating, Morality of Food.
He makes it clear in Chapter 11 that "boredom" with food is a silly concept (excuse) providing a list of about 80-90 food items that when combined=81,000 meal options. The last 100 pages (or so) in the book are recipes. The middle hundred (or so) are his "30 Day Reset Plan". Again nothing new (clean out the pantry, go shopping, grass fed, really shouldn't be snacking, artificial sweeteners, alcohol, eating out...
Easy read. Glad I read it. Nothing new. I need to get it returned to the library.1
