Point System Explanation

Point System

1 point for logging and completing your food journal everyday.
1 point for completing the daily exercise.
1 point for recording your weight at the weekly weigh ins on Sundays (whether it went up or down).
1 point for every 3 pounds lost.
3 points for completing the weekly exercise challenge (it is more strenuous and difficult, so a good way to catch up in the standings).
