Phase 1 results

hi All.
I just took my measurements. I started Phase 2 today.
I need to clean up my eating for sure!!
Here are my results:
I actually GAINED 1lb.
I lost 1" on my chest, 1" on my waist at my belly button, 1" at my natural waist, 0.5" at my hips, 0" at my thigh, and 1" at my calf. My total inches lost at the end of Phase 1 is 4.5".
Not sure how I feel about that.....proud becasue it's not bad considering I did not have a whole lot to lose to begin with or could it be better?????

It's all about those inches girl! try not to let the scale discourage you, it can often deceive! As you lose fat it is replaced with muscle. Pound for pound muscle takes up less space so you may see little change on the scale but you will become smaller and more toned. A gain can be normal and is perfectly acceptable too through body recomposition! It can also be due to hormones, a spike in sodium or sore muscles. Try not to let the number of the scale be your primary gauge of progress, i for one would take inches over pounds loss ANY day!
