Well this year is just zooming by. I can no longer say my new job as I have been there a year time to just get everything all in it's place. Time to refocus on the body. I took a hard look at the finances the medical went through stuff dotted the I' s and crossed the t' s. Now I just have to get serious and buckle down to get to my goals. It used to be I loved the weekends now I like working because I like the structure of my day.

Hope everyone is doing well have a great day!! Sue

I'm 8-10# from goal, depending on the day! I need to step up my activity and curtail the snacking! I do really well at work, as long as I eat the items I've shopped for. Trouble comes when I decide to go out instead. Trouble for my waist, and my pocketbook!

I actually have set weight loss goals for the year thru Christmas 2018. I lose weight so slowly but regained 25 pounds i had lost after a tough 2016 year full of surgeries, jaw infection and respiratory infections and steriods BUT have no excuse for this year...had eaten so poorly and way too much junk and eating out way too much...so it is back to strict calorie and carb counting and bumping up activity. I am a recreational triathalete but havent pushed my training to higher level....not getting any benefit from the level of training...so working on different strategies....i can run, swim and bike but not sure i could survive a zumba class!

How do you like the rowing machine? Do you get a good whole body workout? My niece does crew at her gigh school, and I think it's the fittest she's ever been.

Started water aerobics tonight only offer it on Thursday which is a rough night for me but hoping for it to go well. It's tomorrow I am dreading Fri are my long days at work. Found out the pool will be open a few Sat so I will have to mark the calendar. Hoping to get myself motivated and knock off the weight. The thing is when you are in a class with a lot of over weight people it doesn't motivate you. If I were the heaviest yep that would move me. I was going to buy this necklace I wanted. I told myself no more buying stuff till I drop at least 5 lbs. We will see how that goes because I love to shop and if I use it as a reward only that just may motivate me. Lol. Have a good night!!!

We always work harder when we're working towards a goal. Put a picture of that necklace on your fridge!
