Carb re-feed suggestions

I am going to do my carb re-feed tomorrow and after reading Mark Sisson's article on carb re-feeding, I'm looking at reducing my fat intake to about 50g while increasing my carbs from anywhere between 250-300g.
These figures are a bit scary but I'm willing to give it a try. However, how do I get these carb figures up that high without the fat? I would be grateful for some food suggestions please
I do have a few things in my house, but I don't want to have to make an entire supermarket trip out of one night.

Thanks Primal. You know just after I posted this topic, I went and figured out my diary and you should take a look at it now. You would be impressed! LOL. I'm totally all over the carbs and have the fat at 59g which is pretty decent all things considered. But all healthy and paleo friendly (except maybe for the yoghurt) but it's going to be a yummy day0
