I felt like I didn’t lose anything this week but might have been due to it being that TOM lol. And binging a little on Sunday Happy to see the results I got! This weekend I will do better.
I want to start working out consistently again to help myself along this journey but I was sick this past week so wasn’t able to. This week I will at least 3x!3 -
