Stage two-- DONE!

Hi all,
I am happy to report that I finished stage two! Yay! Excited to start stage three on friday! (I'm not taking a whole week off because I missed a few workouts here and there. Also, I have tough mudder in a month.)
Stats:
Front squat push-press : 55#-->65#
Step-Up: 5steps with 75#--> 6 steps 100#
Dumbbell 1 point row: 20# (dbells each hand)-->30# (dbells each hand)
Static lunge: 75#---> 100#
push-up: 10 (nose to floor)--> 13 decline push-up (foot on bench)
planks and russian twists (2x60 and 2x30(each side))
Deadlifts: 135#-->150#
Bulgarian Split squat: 80#--->100# (last two workouts just held the 45# plate-- LOVED IT! I goofed this move big time)
reverse lunge w/ forward reach: 25# dbells each hand--->30# dbells
cuban snatch: 10# dbells --->12.5# dbells
Swiss crunch: 10# 2x20-->25# 2x30
Reverse crunch/lateral flexion: 2x20--->2x30.
Prone cobra: 2x60.
Down 3.5 inches! Lost inches in my thighs and biceps. Two very important places.
Still hovering around 160# (up 5 pounds since starting the program).

Forgot to add underhand grip lat pulldown: 70#-->85#
