Hello hope group admin doesn't mind me sharing. If anyone is looking for a little more accountability I have been running a weekly weigh in group since January which has links to some of the helpful posts in the forums, tips on food and exercise, a weekly thread for weigh in's for whatever date suits and a monthly progress report.
