Possible cure - Has anyone seen this?

Friend of mine posted this video today, warning that it's graphic showing surgery and blood. But it does seem pretty hopeful that there could be a cure on the horizon in our lifetimes.

Looks like a powerful film and a powerful project. I hope they find a cure both both types and soon.
