    Monte Cristo Recipe Ingredients (makes 2 sandwiches)
    4 Keto cream cheese pancakes
    4 slices of Turkey
    4 slices Ham
    4 slices provolone cheese
    Low-carb / sugar free syrup
    Recipe for keto pancakes
    2oz cream cheese
    2 eggs
    1tsp Stevia
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    Put in magic bullet or blender until smooth
    let rest min
    pour 1/4 batter unto hot greased pan with butter or pam cooking spraying and cook to bubbles then flip until turns tan and continue this with the rest of the mix 1/4 at a time
