Keto Dessert Recipes Please

I would like to make a nice dessert soon and looking for some tried and true favourites. I don't have a microwave so no mug-cake style desserts please. I've got a great pantry stocked with keto staples though, so all else is fair game!!

Make a crust using almond flour and butter, maybe some sweeteners. (I don't have portions mainly cause I use a store bought Oreo crust and plan the carbs. However for another cheesecake recipe these are the ingredients I used for the crust).

A tub of Cool whip 16 oz
8 oz cream cheese
.25 cup confectioners Splenda or equivalent

Mix it up and put in the crust. Top with strawberries if you want.

The cheesecake will set in the fridge but you can eat it right away. It's been immensely popular wherever I make it. It's also no bake and much less heavy than regular cheesecake.



You can make a frappe! I use .25 c coffee and a cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I have a liquid sweetener. Then you can add anything else. Pumpkin, sugar free chocolate or caramel sauce, extracts etc. And a dollop of whipped cream on top. It's tasty and low cal too.



There's a brand of ice cream at the store. It's by simple truth, they just have the little pints. I think it's mostly sweetened with erythritol and stevia. Also low cal. The one that organic isn't the right kind and has lots of sugar.

I've made this vanilla no churn ice cream and served it to non-ketoers who all liked it. https://ketodietapp.com/Blog/post/2015/10/12/no-churn-vanilla-keto-ice-cream I double the batch and put in 250 ml mason jars to freeze. My guests liked being served the jar of ice cream. I topped with sugar free chocolate chips and chopped strawberries.
