I made pretzels!!!

I modified the Keto fathead dough and made pretzels!
Add xanthum gum (2 tbs with with 3 cup mozzarella recipe, adjust according to your recipe ratio) and a pack of yeast mixed with 2 tbs warm water. It won't activate completely, don't worry. It's just for sourish flavor and smell anyway. When you have formed your pretzels ( I got 7 from the recipe), coat in butter and sprinkle with course salt. Bake at 400 for 12-15 min. ez9mhkf2uwz9.jpg
