Weekly challenge completed: Not sure. Lost count on distances toward the end of the week. According to my phone, between BOTH intentional workouts and daily activity, I walked/ran 21.91miles, but again, that counts just daily activity so whether it counts or not is anyone's call.
Personal goal for last week (run first 5K): Completed in a slightly different way than planned but still done as of this morning.
Personal stretch goal (finish in 30 minutes or less): Almost, but not quite.
Personal goal for this week: Clean out the fridge and come up with at least 3 new healthy recipes that my boyfriend will like.2 -

My goal for this week it to kick eating in the car. I've already started mindful eating at home, and I love the relationship with food I'm developing from it. Munching in the car is taking away from that and needs to stop!

Mt goal this week is to try to get at least 4 workouts in. Saturday is my 10 year anniversary celebration and I have family coming in from out of town so Thursday and Friday evening will be spent doing last minute cleaning or decorating. Saturday will be spent with family so this week is gonna be tough.2 -

15 miles for the week? Good question. I might have to throw to the video ref on this one. I only covered 13.2miles while specifically doing my daily cardio. But more than 30miles in total movement for the week. Not sure which counts.
