How can you add more activity into your daily life?

Finding time to exercise can be difficult for some. One way is to be more active (in general) is to walk 10,000 steps a day. But what are ways in which we can "go that extra step"?

    I walk everywhere as much as I can, park in the south 40 at Walmart, PX, hospital etc. Also take stairs as opposed to elevators or escalators.
