Month 2 Schedule - 08/05 - 09/01

I am re-posting my blog entry here in case anyone else is on the same path as me and trying to bust their butts (aren't we all?) .
Since I re-planned month 2 (and month 3 but that will probably change too by the time I get to that) I am posting my schedule with it kept in mind that rest days will happen according to what my body tells me. I am also hoping to get additional walks in at night with my girls when the weather is good and summer is still here. The first time I did this routine with a program in the morning and walks at night was with P90X and walking and I lost 35 lbs in 3 months. I was so excited about that and just remembering how I felt then has me motivated to keep going forward until I reach all my goals!
SCHEDULE:

Monday: Fire 55 EZ
Tuesday: Fire 30 + Sculpt 30
