What are you doing for LISS?

Wanted to check in with other BBG girls on what they're doing for LISS?
I've been doing walks around a local park - it's about a half mile to the park (uphill), and a half mile loop (uphill and downhill parts), and then obviously a half mile back (downhill), so what I like to do is walk there, around the loop 4 times, and then jog home downhill. I would eventually like to run it instead, but I find that with walking I can always motivate myself to do it because I don't hate it haha. I either jog or walk, I don’t complete all of the LISS workouts per week as I just don’t have the time, I work full time and have 2 young children and a husband, so I aim for 2 LISS per week and 3 BBG workouts.0
