Macro Targets - did you customize?

The default is 50% carbs, 20% protein, 30% fat. With the paid app you can change those. Has anyone discussed this with a nutritionist or medical provider? Are those the right ratios for pre-diabetic people?

I customize mine! I spoke to my NP about it and she suggested a 35-40% carb breakdown to help with blood sugar regulation. Carbs all eventually become sugar, so I guess this makes sense. Aslo, she said to stick to the whole grain form vs. processed starches as the whole form doesn't spike blood glucose levels. Great question!
