Butternut Squash Prep

Anyone have an easy way to cut up a whole raw butternut squash into cubes?
I always feel like I lose a lot of my squash in the rind when I do it so assume that I am doing it wrong or there is something I am missing.

Peel it with a vegetable peeler. Cut the ball end off, peel the straighter part. Then peel the knob. Then cube it. Works great for me.3

That seems so logical! Why on earth did I never think of peeling. Call me slow....
Thanks @HestiaMoon1~~!!1 -
I have trouble using the peeler so I cut mine into 1" or 1.5" rounds (with the rind on) and then use a paring knife to cut the peel off each one before I cube it. Hardly any squash is lost.0
