Don't set yourself up for failure, hit the market and load up on lean meats, low carbs, fruits and veggies. 80% of weightloss is the food we put in our bodies. Let me know your favorite healthy foods.

Lean proteins is my favorites by far. I did stock up. I stocked up on turkey burger patties, chicken breast tenderloins and made a huge batch of turkey chili. I gotta freeze some of that stuff.
I shop at Aldi. Soon they will stop selling turkey burger patties for the season. I bought as much as I could fit in my freezer. I have a small freezer. I also dragged my grill into the garage so I'd still be able to grill in the colder weather. I don't mind baking my meats but grilled is so much better. Even lean meat has some fat in it that'll drip off on a grill.1
