Don't hibernate, lose the weight ~ Winter 2017 ~ October 23rd - Jan. 1st

Winter is approaching and that means holiday food, comfort food, parties, treats, cold weather and sweats. Bulky sweaters can hide that little roll, those pants that give that little bit of extra room may be comfy but are not our friend. Don't pack on extra pounds during winters hibernation season. Let's actually drop some weight.
