I'll get things started this week:
I haven't exactly had stellar results so far in this Challenge - after 4 weeks of work, I'm up 1 lb. I'm up 1.4 lbs from my last weigh-in 2 weeks ago. As bad as that sounds, it's so much better than when I first returned from my travels. Oh well, still plugging away!! This is quite a low key week so I'm expecting great things!!!
Here are my stats:
Original MFP starting weight: 238 lbs
Ultimate Goal Weight: 140ish lbs
Starting weight for this Challenge: 202.4 lbs
Goal for this Challenge: 182.4 lbs
Week 1: 203.4 lbs
Week 2: 202.0 lbs
Week 3: I was away so no weigh-in
Week 4: 203.4 lbs

Week 2: 66.4kg

Been doing heaps and heaps of weights, eating *OK* , drinking water... not a huge difference. Working on my nutrition still - but not too cut about a .1kg gain. Could be worse! And, as C25K says... I'm beating people who are couch potatoes!1 -

It's going in the right direction! I've been decreasing my portion sizes a bit, and it looks like it's working. Still needing to increase water and cut down more on sweets. I've been indulging in clementines, so that's better than chocolate bars, etc.1 -
@megannxx , clementines are definitely better than chocolate bars! Well done with the portion control... I'm still working on mine. Can be so, so hard sometimes... DX1

@bahbedwire yes, definitely! I'm getting my youngest daughter to eat more because she sees me eating them. Lol. Portion control is my hardest thing right now. I'm currently nursing, so trying to find that happy medium where I'll lose weight, but won't lose my supply. Uhh. It's really hard!0
