If you celebrated thanksgiving, how did that go for you? I over induldged, too much sugar and sodium which added 2 pounds on the scale. I lacked water so this week I'm working on water and walking.

I'm in Canada, so we celebrated thanksgiving in October. But my weigh in is tomorrow, and so is my birthday.
I've been working on my portion sizes, which is getting better. And water is still on and off.2 -

It's going in the right direction! Slowly, but I'm doing small changes, so it works. I had no processed sugar yesterday during the day, I started getting a massive migraine around 8pm. I had a handful of chocolate wafers and chugged 4 cups of water. It helped mostly. So that's something I'm going to have to deal with, while cutting down more on sugar. Other than the handful of chocolate, I did pretty good with my eating.

A bit of a ho-hum week - I struggled just to stay where I was. I'm Canadian so I can't even blame Thanksgiving as that was weeks ago.
I was reading that MFP Email: tips from people who'd lost more than 100 lbs. Very inspirational. Almost every person emphasized the importance of drinking lots of water. It's on my list of priorities this week. My favourite quote from the Email: It never gets easier; it just becomes worth it!

Original MFP starting weight: 238 lbs
Ultimate Goal Weight: 140ish lbs
Starting weight for this Challenge: 202.4 lbs
Goal for this Challenge: 182.4 lbs
Week 1: 203.4 lbs
Week 2: 202.0 lbs
Week 3: I was away so no weigh-in
Week 4: 203.4 lbs
Week 5: 203.4 lbs

I didn't weigh myself last week because I have been super stressed and afraid of the scale. Weighed myself this morning and gained a kg! Feeling so disappointed in myself... but I have decided that it's ok because I am almost back into my skinny jeans! So, I have an NSV there. Another is that a friend of mine told me I'm looking taller, which tells me my posture is improving... Go me! I can do this. We can do this.0
