How is this for a ketogenic lunch? Is it substantial enough for a lunch or more of a snack box? What kind of things do you guys pack if you have to take it with you to work or school? Feel free to share some photos. Here’s what I put together for tomorrow.
2 hard cooked eggs with everything seasoning
1 ounce walnuts
1/2 cup blackberries
1 Monterey Jack string cheese

I guess it really depends on how much you're eating. For me, this would be a snack. But, for others it might be approaching a meal. It would be a small meal, for almost anyone.

I wouldn’t find it satisfying for very long but I just don’t get a lot of satiety from eggs.
I would need a meat to feel satisfied til dinner. Preferably beef.

I'd need 3 pickled eggs, 3 mini Freybe Damn Hot Pepperoni, 3 oz of old cheddar, and 3 cups of torn lettuce leaves or arugula. I eat one big meal and 1 or 2 snack size meals during my eating window. First snack meal at about 3 or 4 pm, big dinner with hubby at 6ish, snack meal at work some time between 10:30-midnight. Looks like a yummy mix you've got there, @EllaLeahB.

That would probably do me, if I could pick at it during the day.... sadly work-shift hours prevent self-dietary-Government, and I have to break for meals when they say so, not when it would be ideal for me (Not blaming them, it is what it is when you work for a large branch, with lots of colleagues).

I tend to have one small snack meal at around 11am ( first 15min break; an egg, or maybe a half tub of cottage cheese with olives) then a more substantial snack at around 2pm (lunch - a half hour) of protein stuff with a bit of salad (could be chicken, egg, ham, cottage cheese, prawns in a home-made dressing or small combo of all of above) and if I'm still hungry, I might have an evening snack at about 7 - 8pm.

If I'm off work, I won't eat until around mid-day. Then it will be a substantial snack, and a final day's meal in the evening with Hubby.

I usually do salads for lunch...a couple cups of romaine, 4 boiled eggs, some shredded cheese, and bleu cheese or caesar dressing

Sometimes I will do breakfast for lunch - 3 sausage patties and 3 fried eggs (or 4 and 2) sometimes with cheese melted on them

Sometime I will just bring dinner leftovers - today is green bean casserole with smoked turkey

The last several months I've been doing various nuts for lunch with sugar-free jello and my first bouillon cube of the day with added protein (collagen hydrolysate)...at least during the work week.
