It's going to be a cold day still deciding on today's outfit. I need warmth yet something that is easily changeable. Today after work I am walking with Kristen. Till later have a great day everyone!!!!1

Afternoon everyone.
@luluinca - Congratulations! I hope both Mum and Baby are doing well.
Still poorly here, but trying to do at least 10,000 steps a day if nothing else.
Last Saturday and Sunday I couldn't do much of anything without falling, couldn't keep anything down either, so I'm gonna take 2 pass days there.
Yesterday was better, managed 10,000 steps and went through the house cleaning, beds got stripped, bedding washed and beds remade and cooked tea, so all logged and tracked for Monday.
Today, managed a walk into town this morning, but can't believe how much it's took out of me. Managed to get up to 10,000 steps doing a 5km/h walk on the treadmill for a 45mins so at least it's something.
Will be glad to get my strength back again, this illness has really knocked me for six.
Having some fish and rice for tea, so that's already logged in MFP for later, along with a hot drink and a couple of biscuits for late evening to get me up over 1000kcal for the day.

@craigo3154 Totally agree that exercise cannot out do a bad diet.
Exercise for me keeps me feeling good which then keeps me wanting to keep my food intake in check. A food diary is key.0 -
@2020pinktogo This morning as I walked through the botanical garden, the sidewalks were covered with fallen petals from pink flowers in the trees above. You would enjoy walking here!5 -

SOOOOOOOOO DID NOT FEEL LIKE IT BUT THANKFULLY I HAD PRE-PLANNED TO WALK WITH MY DAD TODAY SO THAT FORCED ME TO DO IT. WALKED FOR 30 MINUTES OUTSIDE.

I THINK SO, BUT FIRST DAY ACTUALLY LOGGING MY FOOD SINCE STARTING THIS CHALLENGE AND OFTEN COULDN'T FIND THE EXACT NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION I NEEDED IN THE DATABASE OR ON THE ITEM I ATE.

Checking in to say both Hi and Goodbye. My life got turned upside down between yesterday and today and so I know I just won't be able to keep up with the requirements. I've lost the 5 cushion lbs I wanted to lose before the holidays and so I'm back on maintenance and will always log and get exercise when I can. It's become a lifestyle for me and it's groups like this and people like all of you here at MFP that have helped me keep up with my goals. I probably won't be back until January but I hope to join the group again then.
Found out today that my sister will be going on Hospice soon and also still waiting tonight for our grandbaby to be born. I'll be traveling twice to Colorado in the coming weeks to help my daughter and it just doesn't make sense to try to keep up here when so much is going on. Don't worry, I know how important nutrients and exercise are after 4+ years here, so I won't become a sloth.....LOL
