Yes x three, weightlifting for exercise. Under calories with salmon dinner, 6 oz of wine, then stopped.
NSV: I'm a dancer, and I started trying to lose weight two years ago, because I looked like a sausage stuffed into my tango dresses. I couldn't wear them anymore, and I had to switch to a more forgiving style. Last weekend, I was able to wear the dress and feel comfortable for the first time.1 -

My NSV is shopping in my closet and being able to wear a pair of my favorite jeans that previously fit so well and made me feel well, attractive. In fact when I wore them to an aniversarry party last week and saw them on me in the picture I could not find any critique for them or my previous "thunder thighs". In fact with the exercise I've been doing I feel like I am looking better because I look more toned.1
