Exercised?: Yes. Walked 4.15 Km in 30 mins (low hills).
Calories?: Yes.
Tracked?: Yes.
Since at parents house overnight, walk was between my parents place and my sisters place just before lunch. No where near as hilly as my usual walk, so much quicker.
Only just stayed inside budget today. Lunch was bread based but managed to limit based on portion size. First bread I can remember having in months.
@RangerRickL. Was alway partial to Wile. E. Coyote (genius) - from Road Runner. Pity he never got the runner. Wish Acme would deliver to Australia.

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE......HOPE YOU HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND! I will be very busy today with making homemade chocolates, brittles, spicy nuts........checking in to give me the boost I will need to get through this...lol...I will have many days like today between now and Christmas as I have 3 christmas fairs coming up Plus lots of individual pre-orders. Have to keep the gum on hand and my water glass full, as that is my key to success while baking to avoid the test tasting..lol.....might have a sore jaw after but I WILL have success! I will be checking in later with all my positive results!

I stayed well within my calorie goal and looked everything inncluding the evening fruit etc I intend to have.
I walked for at least 45 minutes and completed 15 minutes on static bike.

@kaye4health, sending you good wishes. If you feel overwhelmed, it's fine to take a pass day. That's why we have them. We can't be on top of everything every day.1

YES. I exercised for an hour and did 4.54 miles.

YES. Proud of myself for staying in my calorie budget for Saturday. The weekend is usually where I have too many calories. Bought my kids fast food for lunch and got myself nothing4 -
A very long and busy day here with a weird kind of buffet lunch but I logged it all and stayed under so I guess it'll be okay.....LOL
Exercise: Yes 15 min StairMaster and 90 min Strength Training.............mostly legs
Calories: Yes a few hundred under thanks to the gym

I can’t believe I stayed under today! I did eat horribly but kept an eye on calories through. Birthday parties with Texas sheet cake and a tiny bit of ice cream, mcd’s cheeseburger without the bun in between, and a frozen dinner!5 -

Exercised?: Yes, walked and completely reorganized the outdoor chest freezer. I'm counting that as exercise since that was a bugger of a chore and took me nearly 45 minutes to do!
Calories?: Yep, but only because I've cut out creamer from my coffee this past week...I would definitely have been over if not;)

Hiked for 75 minutes. Tracked and am under/at calories. We had dinner out and I estimated high, and still have some hiking calories left so I'm pretty sure all is Ok for the challenge.3

I loved Casper the friendly ghost and Scooby Doo. I partially learned how to speak English from watching cartoons. Fond memories:-)
Exercise: yes, I like to do long workouts on my days off and the weekend. Today, I did 2 hours 15 minutes of power walking with a lot of hill intervals. Great day!
There's supposed to be a bit of snow at higher elevation tomorrow, and I'll go hiking
Calories: yes,definitely within goal
