Exercised?: Yes, walked and completely reorganized the outdoor chest freezer. I'm counting that as exercise since that was a bugger of a chore and took me nearly 45 minutes to do!
Calories?: Yep, but only because I've cut out creamer from my coffee this past week...I would definitely have been over if not;)

Hiked for 75 minutes. Tracked and am under/at calories. We had dinner out and I estimated high, and still have some hiking calories left so I'm pretty sure all is Ok for the challenge.3

I loved Casper the friendly ghost and Scooby Doo. I partially learned how to speak English from watching cartoons. Fond memories:-)
Exercise: yes, I like to do long workouts on my days off and the weekend. Today, I did 2 hours 15 minutes of power walking with a lot of hill intervals. Great day!
There's supposed to be a bit of snow at higher elevation tomorrow, and I'll go hiking

Today did not go as planned (rough day)
1st Pass day (
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Y (walked dog for 30 min)
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? NOOOOOOO!!!! ( (1200-1500, ate only 676 calories today, at least I didn't over eat, but really wish I had ate more, surprised I don't feel hungry over all)
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Y (drank 8-8oz glasses of water)

I am posting really late. I went to a bluegrass music concert which I really enjoyed.
Today, I was able to stay in my calorie limit: under by 343
Exercise: I was out to the barn with the horses, but the rain and the 47 degrees F. kept me from riding. Did 23 minutes of cardio in the home gym

I had upped my calorie goal for the day, as it was my wedding anniversary, to allow for a couple of glasses of Champagne and an indulgent fish pie. I ended the day under my normal goal, so result!
