    -Logged everything today - feels good to be back on track!
    -Under calories - a little too much under so I might have another evening snack
    -60 minutes lifting with my trainer, followed by a 45 minute kickboxing class

    Looks like everyone's killed Day 1!!!

    Goal for November: Lose 3 lbs to get to the bottom of my maintenance range ahead of all the Holiday Feasts!

    Exercise: Yes............15 min calisthenics warm-up, 15 minutes StairMaster, 75 minutes strength training
    Calories: Yes, about 450 under goal
    Tracking: Yes, I use a Garmin Watch and MFP to track all exercise and calories

    Exercise-not really, but I did stand up for an hour ringing chimes and handbells and using mallets

    Hi everyone! Happy first day of the challenge.... it's my first challenge and I'm usually pretty introverted but going to step outside my comfort zone.
    Exercise? 30 minutes cleaning
    Calories ? Yes
    Logging ? Yes

    Not feeling great about my exercise today because I've been trying to walk 2 miles a day. But today was crappy weather and a 13 hour work day and tomorrow 14.....not typical but of course day one of the challenge. Goal is to start back again on Friday then start at gym next week.
    Really hoping this helps me keep my eyes in my goals!!

    Awesome to see so many new team members. Recognizing a few from other challenges.
    Balanced workout in the morning. About 25 min each cardio and strength. 15 stretching. Tracked and under calories.
    Finally reasonable weather to get out a bit. Walked 30 minutes.
    Goal this month is to maintain my weight. It will be much tougher than usual. We have a lot going on-- including a wine tour weekend with a group of friends. With that and Thanksgiving I am already looking at three pass days.

    Nothing out of the ordinary today, just a great day. Not back to work until next Wednesday so I’m interested to see what I get up to in my time off

    I only joined today but can add for 1st Nov as:
    I stuck to my calorie goal and logged it.
    45 mins walking
    25 minutes on static bike cycling.
