Hi Keto Vegetarians!
I'm 55 and overweight. Although I've lost tons of weight over and over in my life, keto was great when I ate meat. So here I am trying to do it vegetarian. I was vegan for years but in order to do keto, I think I'm going to need some animal products.

I'm having so much trouble working out the diet. Each day I seem to be below on my proteins and good on the carbs so I don't know how to get more protein without the carbs.

What does your typical diet look like?

Right now I'm shooting for 1500 calories, and can barely get 1000 into me before I'm so full I want to explode by the end of the day.

My goal:
1500 calories
25 carbs
119 protein
103 fat.

Seems so impossible.
