Two calorie counts and mfp

Another newbie reading the book. So, I have my calorie counts for workout and non-workout days (1836 and 1575). How do you keep track of that in mfp? Do you manually change it for each day? I'm not aware of being able to use different counts for, say, MWF vs TThS. What do you do? Thanks!

Personally I just use the running total to watch mine, mine is still set to the MFP standard but I just ignore that and use the overall totals. I mainly use to it watch my protein intake.

when i lift, i log the it as "cardio - strength training" and then put in the amount of calories that make up the difference.

so, if i eat 1670 on a regular day and on a lifting day, i eat 1900, i would manually enter that i burned 230 calories. mfp automatically does the math and also adds in some more macro-nutrient requirements for you.

Thank you, both for your replies. I think your solution, tarsul, will work for me!
