Ummm...we've had a plan called the "Flex Plan" before. Looks like WW is coming full-circle. Again.

If they're bringing the Core Plan back, that might be enough for me to start attending meetings again.

Call it what you want- at the end of the day, it's all about the calories. And which approach to managing the calories works best.

The challenge to Simply Filling, or Core or whatever else it's been called is knowing when to stop eating. I applaud those who have done SimplyFilling successfully right out of the gate. I could never have done that. I had to learn what was a reasonable amount of food before I could do that. And I had to learn the distinction between satisfied and stuffed.

The best part of a new program is that the change is another opportunity to focus on weight management. For me, anything that sharpens my focus helps with my success.

As to Oprah, I'm no fan. But I think it fair to say she looks like she has lost weight. We shall see what her longer term brings.

Her prepared foods make me laugh. Like she is the first person to figure out you can 'stretch' dishes with the addition of cauliflower or butternut squash.

Although I will say cauliflower rice is a very handy way of bulking up a dish. And it helps thicken some dishes such as chili or tomato sauces, all without adding a ton of flavor.

Also saw that 'they' are saying that on the new plan, we'll be able to roll up to 4 unused DPs over to the next day.

And this is a link to the list of zero points foods for the UK.

    Looks good to me!

This is reminiscent of Winning Points which was a great plan and the one that I lost most of my weight with.

That's encouraging Cindy! I loved PP, but SPs was definitely not my friend!

Kinda looks like a reduction in SPs, to allow all the "free" stuff.
