Not much to judge stroke.

    Nice! It would be cool if others in this group post clips like this!
    Our coach is starting this new thing that once a month he films us individually on the surface and underwater to critique our technique. I will ask for a copy when he does it.

    btw that looks like less than 22m, more like 19. But could just be the angle.
    Still, at least you have lane ropes!

    I back the custom setting down to 21. Still too long. I'm guessing 19 or 20 now.
    Today I'll set it to 20 and see how it runs. For now I'm also going by the total time and hitting my typical 4 mile time.
